The small and charming family-run Hotel Authentic enjoys a prime location in the old town of Split, only 3 minutes to the popular sandy beach Bacvice, which has the Blue Flag.
The hotel is also close to the ferry port, the main bus-and railway station and to the famous UNESCO-protected Diocletian’s Palace.
The building is over 300 years old. During the complete renovation in 2007 the original stone walls were kept on the outside and the inside, creating a unique and historical atmosphere.
The staff of Hotel Authentic will happily welcome you and make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Location
Na Toc 6, Split, 21000
You can reach Split by the ferryboat liner which connects the cities Rijeka on the north and Dubrovnik on the south. Also, local ferry lines are available for all the central Dalmatian islands. There are fast and regular ferry lines going from Ancona and Pescara, Italy, to Split.
There are also train connections from Split to the north of the country and further on to the rest of Europe, which all have an option of car transfer.

Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Mealplan
Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person per night.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
