L'hôtel Villa Diana est un petit hôtel familier dans le centre étroit de Split. Nous nous trouvons vis-à-vis du gratte-ciel Koteks, avec la vue sur la rue Ulica Kralja Tomislava dans la direction de la rive de Split et le port des ferry-boats, et nous sommes distants seulement 5 minutes de marche de toutes les célébrités citadines, du centre commercial et des affaires de la ville, et de la station centrale des cars et de la gare. Une fois l'immeuble avait appartenue à la famille de Split Kuzmanic et elle représente aujourd’hui une partie du patrimoine cultural de Split.
